Custom walkout lake homes at Newport Landing in Bennington, NE.
Newport Landing, better known as Bennington Lake, is a private lake community with walkout lake lots on a full recreational lake. On the water and off, there is always something to do: a 5-mile concrete trail circles the lake, a new high school sits less than a mile away, and the annual fireworks show is a neighborhood favorite.
Arjay Builders has designed and built many of the lake's signature homes, from contemporary glass-and-stone retreats to lakefront ranches and Mediterranean estates. We know these lots, the walkout grades, and how to frame the view from every room.
